The first step is always a non-binding and exploratory introductory meeting. This can be done both online and on location. During this conversation we will go deeper into your wishes and needs, and we will discuss the available data sources.

Preparation

When you subscribe to our service package, our team will begin by collecting and cleaning the data, followed by writing calculations and formulas to enable the desired report visualization. We will work closely with you to understand your specific needs and preferences for the report visuals. Once the calculations and formulas are ready, we will create a draft report and deliver it to you within the agreed-upon timeframe. We will then review the report with you to ensure that it meets your expectations and make any necessary adjustments. Our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive service package that meets your needs and helps you achieve your business objectives.

Developing reports

We will now begin designing the report and visualizing the data. Within 10 working days, we will deliver the draft report, which we will review together. We will check, among other things, whether the data has been visualized as desired. If necessary, we can make adjustments before delivering the final report.

User training

After delivery of the report. We go over it with the end users. We tell you all the possibilities that the report has to offer, and show this in practice. This makes it clear how you can best use the report and get the most out of it.
